What is Takatof?
It’s a program for social volunteering.
It’s a national wide volunteering initiative in the UAE
Which year did start? And who started it?
Its has been established in 2005 under the
patronage of his highness sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, crown prince of
AbuDhabi.
What volunteer work have they done?
Community projects like maintain some
houses and schools.
Ramadan project supporting low-income
families.
How can you help?
By making awareness about the community
needs for volunteering works.
Involve as much as I can in volunteering
works if I have time.
